Classroom Happenings
7th Grade: 7th graders will continue in Chapter 2 this week as we begin solving equations! Our first Chapter 2 quiz will be Wednesday cover 2.1-2.3. We will also spend time Wednesday investigating how to use our calculators as a tool in class.
8th Grade: Chapter 2 is all about solving equations -- we will continue learning about equations and take our first quiz on Wednesday covering 2.1-2.3. We will also use our graphing calculators Wednesday and begin to learn how to use them in class as a very helpful tool.
Algebra I: We have just begun chapter 2 and will spend this week diving into solving multi-step equations. We will be doing several fun activities in class as well as tying these concepts into our new PBL.
Graphing Calculators will be required for 8th grade and Algebra I curriculum.
7th graders are welcome to purchase this item as well and begin using it in class.
